Return and Credit Policy

·          We will accept for exchange or return merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase. 

·          Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

·          A $10.00 shipping charge will be subtracted from return credit if original order was combined with free shipping.

·          A restocking fee of 5% will be subtracted from return credit on orders over $500.

·          Merchandise must be returned in a resalable condition.    

·          Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

·          Return shipping method must be trackable by customer; for example, DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex or any other carrier with a trackable service.

·          Returns must be sent to our return service center.  Contact us via e-mail or telephone if you have any questions. 

Credit Card Policy

·          We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

·          Sorry, but we cannot accept credit cards from banks outside of the United States.   

Checks or Money Orders

·          Send your order, contact information, and payment including shipping cost (and tax if shipping to IA) made out to BigTallTees. Inc.

(Pro5Shirts.Com) does not tolerate credit card fraud under any circumstances.  All credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  In such a case, we will turn over all information including but not limited to your name, IP address, e-mail address, and billing and shipping address to Federal authorities. We will also pursue civil legal action against all offenders.
